Nestled within the same estate, just a few steps from the main house, this charming annex offers modern comfort and unparalleled convenience. The primary suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the secondary room boasts built-in bunk beds with a twin on the upper level and a full-sized bed below.
The guesthouse presents a tastefully designed shower adorned with pebble tiles, a coffee maker, a compact fridge, 2 smart TV’s, WiFi, and rustic elements. Whether you seek a tranquil escape or an adventurous getaway, the guesthouse is prepared to provide a cozy and convenient sanctuary to meet all your needs.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy percent (70.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Due to our custom integration with third party booking sites, we are able to collect security deposits outside the VRBO or Airbnb systems. As part of our house rules when booking, please acknowledge that payment information must be on file for a security deposit "hold" and a signed rental agreement is required. Security deposits are held 14 days before arrival and automatically released 20 days after departure as long as there were no problems found.
